Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Seeds Field Crops team in the Czech Republic as Customer Service Specialist. If you are precise and communicative with SAP or other similar system experience you are the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Process seed orders including related administration and system updates (order receipt, goods release, invoicing, and rebate management)Handle goods returns from customers and to suppliersMaintain regular communication with customers, warehouse staff, transport companies, and relevant officialsPrepare monthly reports and analyses according to internal requirementsMonitor customer KPIs and coordinate complaint resolutionSupport label preparation and documentationManage seasonal customer service operations and workflowsCompany Description

Qualifications
Minimum secondary school educationStrong proficiency in MS Office and SAPProactive attitude and collaborative mindsetStrong communication skills and attention to detailNative/fluent Czech language and intermediate English language proficiency (both verbal and written)
