Customer Service Intern

Job Title: Customer service Intern - LAOS

Function: Customer service

Level: Intern

Duration: 6-12 months

This role supports Laos customer service department for document preparation and confirming the accuracy of data in financial documents before submitting to related team/ organization. However, all the data accuracy will be assessed by Assistant Customer Service & Inbound Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Verify the accuracy of the data presented in all shipping invoices including cost of two transporters and submit to internal team weekly.Ensure accuracy of data on all UTT invoice including cost to submit to internal team weekly.Monitor and examine all information of custom documents of two transporters and share to internal team weekly.Conduct a review of the fuel adjustment invoice to ensure its accuracy after approval from assistant customer service manager.Provide supporting documents as required from stakeholders or to support audit.Generate tracking report in excel for the document submission.Verify and ensure all support document is accuracy as per request.

Qualification Required

Currently enrolled in Logistics, Supply chain management, Business Administration program or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeBasic understanding of logisticsHigh attention to details and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English
