Be a visionary:

look for improvements in 8D quality and cycle timeadopt communication style to customer needs

Striving for customer satisfaction:

Quality Key Account: customer communication for all quality related topics, improvement of customer satisfaction, coordination of customer audits and visitsautonomous creation of quality reports and improvement programs for customers and internal reviewAutonomous and competent handling of customer escalationsDrive the problem solving with customer and internal partners within BOSCH.

Job specific:

focus on SO semiconductor customers on the Chinese marketclose cooperation with Chinese and German quality teamtechnical quality interface between Reutlingen and Chinese customers

 

 

职位要求Personality: high customer and goal orientation, strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, self-motivated, always striving to improve the actual state, team player, open-minded,  ability to understand the German cultureWorking practice: several years of experience in quality management or semiconductor manufacturing or developmentExperience & Knowledge: experience in quality, claim management, customer communication, deep semiconductor knowledgeLanguages: fluent in English  (verbal and written), fluent in Chinese (verbal)Education: University degree in electrical engineering, physics or similar technical subjectsMajor: electrical engineering
