About this opportunity:
The Customer Project Manager leads diverse multi-disciplined teams to deliver Ericsson’s AI transformational solutions to CSPs; can be counted on to execute successfully; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results. He/She is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers in scope; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; making customers and their needs a paramount focus of engagement actions; takes ownership and is committed; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. The CPM cultivates a collaborative medium, working with Sales, DevOps, R&D and vendors to drive engagement success throughout the lifecycle of challenging projects. Our colleague inspires and motivates his/her team, leads through change and adversity, makes the tough call when needed, builds consensus when appropriate, motivates and encourages others.
