Qualifications
You have:
Relevant experience (4-6 years) with a proven record of accomplishment, including managing project / programs for mobile telecommunication in the domain of core network, business applications, charging, and Cloud as a Service (CaaS) model. Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and programs Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PM@Nokia Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid understanding of the impacts of changes on scope, cost, schedule, risk / opportunities. Create and maintain response / mitigation plans which generate desired impact. Taiwan work rights/ resident/ citizen.It would be nice if you also had:
Experience in delivering projects in a cloud environment Industry-level project management certification (PMP, Agile, SaFE) A willingness to travel for onsite project requirements across the APAC region
