Customer Project Manager

You have:

5-8 years of experience in project management or related fieldStrong knowledge of Nokia Mode of Operation (MoO) and PM@Nokia methodologyProven ability to manage cross-functional project teams effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in stakeholder management

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with ECE core products such as NDAC and CMUBackground in risk management and change management processesKnowledge of financial forecasting and budget managementFamiliarity with customer relationship management tools and techniquesLead and manage customer programs/projects for medium to large and complex contracts, ensuring alignment with Nokia operational standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, actively coordinating change management to ensure adherence to budget, scope, schedule, and quality.Serve as the primary customer interface, managing relationships and expectations, addressing complaints, and overseeing corrective actions.Participate in pre-sales and sales activities, influencing delivery approach and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution.Conduct thorough risk management, monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting strategies to enhance project outcomes.Ensure timely and effective communication of project-related information to all stakeholders and maintain high-quality data in project repositories.Drive contract management processes, seeking opportunities for expansion and renewal to enhance customer engagement.Lead project teams and undertake line management duties, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance delivery.
