About this opportunity

 

Our CU NCE PMO is currently looking for a Customer Project Manager for a role based at Tallinn Estonia. This CPM role will lead assigned customer projects across Baltics and NCE region; securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

 


What you will do

 

•    You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
•    Drive project execution: track project activities, drive and handle changes, disagreements and critical issues.
•    Handle customer and partner engagement: lead customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
•    Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
•    Develop the business: participate in RFQ responses and pre-sales activities
•    Develop the CPM subject area: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

 


You will bring

 

•    Extensive experience in telecommunication customer projects management
•    Comprehensive domain experience and expertise: RAN roll out, swap, modernization
•    Estonian and English language proficiency 
•    Thorough understanding of project sales process
•    Solid track record of Contract Management
•    Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
•    Consultative Selling Skills and business understanding
•    Strong negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
•    Project Management Skills: leading, supervising, planning and organising
•    Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
•    PMI certifications would be an excellent advantage
•    3rd pp suppliers’ management experience
•    Swedish language proficiency is an advantage
•    Bachelor or Master`s Degree in electronics, telecommunication or equivalent in terms of experience

 

 

Please note, this role is based at Tallinn Estonia, candidates with Estonian and English language proficiency who already reside locally or ready to relocate to Estonia will be considered for the position.
