Customer Partnership Lead 

 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

• Achieve the quota of sales from their territory (all the country district).

• Establish Win-Win relationships with Decision Makers and KOLs for Demand Generation, at main Institutions: IMSS, ISSSTE, Seguro Popular, ISSEMyM, PEMEX, SEDENA, etc. Within their District.

• Maintain a good level of scientific and health economic knowledge of our products and competitors within their team.

• Identify the Best Practices within their team and promote a Best Practice Sharing process.

• Provide field feedback to the BU team, giving opportune and comprehensive information, in order to anticipate adverse situations for our products and new opportunities in the Market in order to increase the demand of the products.

• Attract, develop and retain talent within the BU with potential of developing and to fulfill the business strategy by ensuring constant enhancement of sales team capabilities

• Development and implementation of Territory Action Plans to ensure results.

• Ensure the execution of marketing plans.

• Ensure patient’s full access to Adempas and Ventavis at Institutional and Private Markets.

 

Who You Are:

 

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical and/or business administrationSkills: Results Oriented, Customer focused, Leadership, Initiative, Responsibility and accountability, Teamwork, Coaching and CounselingDeveloper of High-Performance teams, Decision MakingExperience as District Manager at least 5 years and at least 3 years knowledge of the institutional market.
