We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of products and services and identifying areas for improvement to maximize customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for defining and implementing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day
Analyze the functional and technical requirements of the clients and partners in order to improve their customer experience in the integration process with the Bavel platform.
Analysis of the technical and functional compliance requirements for the countries in which Voxel operates.
Manage integration projects of the customer’s ERP and Voxel platform.
Improve onboarding processes.
Lead technical projects managing internal and external stakeholders’ requirements.
Execute and organize end to end testing and troubleshooting procedures and carry out analytical reports.
Preparation of technical documentation for each project.
Interact with the customer and partners on behalf of the organization.
Manage and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Active participation in product design and product development.
Participate in technical pre-sales meetings to assist our sales team.
What are we looking for?
Engineering Degree (Computer, Telecommunications or others)
Experience working in Software Implementation Projects
Knowledge in project management and / or “Lean Management”
French and English speaker
Focus on results and analytical mindset
Highly organized
Self-driven and proactive nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate leadership qualities
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Experience in document creation
