**What does this role look like for you?**
The Customer Planning and Activation Executive is responsible for developing and executing customer plans that align with Diageo’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring the successful activation of marketing campaigns at the customer level.
**Key Deliverables:**
1. Customer Planning:
+ Develop comprehensive customer plans that align with overall business strategies.
+ Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and shopper behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of customer plans with sales targets.
2. Activation Execution:
+ Plan and execute in-store activation programs to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
+ Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
+ Monitor the effectiveness of activation programs through KPIs and provide actionable insights.
3. Performance Analysis:
+ Track the performance of customer plans against set objectives using data analytics tools.
+ Provide regular reports on sales performance, market share, and ROI on activation programs.
+ Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
+ Conduct post-activation evaluations to assess the impact on sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc., to ensure cohesive execution of customer plans.
+ Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates on customer planning activities.
**What you need to bring to this role:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field;
+ 3+ years of experience in sales planning or trade marketing within FMCG or similar industry.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
+ Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

+ Ability for complex problem-solving and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations.
+ Passionate about brand, company, and personal success.
+ A fast learner who adapts quickly to changing circumstances.
+ Proficient communication skills: oral and written business correspondence, presentation planning and delivery
+ MS Office capabilities: Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
+ Comfortable with the use of technology and mobile tools
