In this role, you will be responsible for developing, editing, and coordinating technical documentation related to R&D products, systems, and solutions. You will create user-friendly, web-based publications tailored for both internal and external audiences, with a strong emphasis on content accuracy, clarity, and presentation quality.
You have:
Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Engineering or Science or Technical Writing with over 8 years of experience. Proven ability to author and deliver documentation for Telecom products. Knowledge of structured authoring and experience with XML-based authoring preferred. Strong analytical thinking, creativity in problem-solving, and self-confidence.It would be nice if you also had:
Knowledge of Networking and communication skills in a multi-site environment. Flair for authoring accurate and simplified technical information. Well-organized, committed, and quality-oriented team player. Eloquence in writing and communicating in English with a sense of ownership and commitment to quality and timeliness. Understand and analyze product features to develop user-centric documentation. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information. Work with a diverse, international team of writers and domain experts. Apply technical documentation best practices to conceptualize, design, and develop required information products. Ensure content quality, adherence to standards, and clarity in presentation. Participate in document design initiatives, process improvements, and innovations in content delivery.
