Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Belgrade, Serbia - hybrid
Grade: 8
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Work directly with customer engineers, answering calls, solving problems, and operating with known solutions
Gather problem information from Customer / CE and determine the problem issue
Receive and document part/incident requests
Utilize experience, support systems, and tools to facilitate a solution
Escalate the problem to involve other analysts (e.g., Technical Support Specialist), if necessary
Provide remote lock status monitoring / Duress support
Work with other NCR personnel /teams (e.g., Implementation Coordinators, Account Team Support, etc. for coordination of third-party personnel support.
Remotely deliver a solution to solve a customer problem
communicate with customers through various means (oral, written, electronic) to deliver a solution
verify the resolution of the problem with the customer
Contribute as a team member
Participate in team meetings and activities
Participate in objective setting, performance management, reward and recognition programs
Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, systems and organization

Education and Experience Requirements:
PC literacy
Keyboard proficiency
Understanding of Windows-based applications/tools
Two-year technical degree preferred
Ability to work in the EST time zone
