CSS Consulting Sales representative

 We collaborate closely with customers and all Oracle lines of business during sales opportunities, interacting at various levels and using our experience of IT support, operations or managed services to capture customer requirements and build service propositions.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE – Oracle CSS Consulting Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactive identification, qualification and maximization of consulting opportunities for Oracle solutions;

Strong sales ability, influencing and value based selling capability, identification of the appropriate Oracle CSS Value Proposition and interpretation to the prospective client

Generating proposals either as part of a license led opportunity or proactively for consulting services;

Supporting, developing and maintaining relationships with Oracle Partners;

The job requires ambitious, results-oriented sales professionals with experience selling Technology solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and has an appetite for continuous learning and personal development.

Identify and prioritize new opportunities and prospects, effectively engage with other sales professionals, to develop new or expansion deals for CSS.

Seek sufficient pipeline cover and deliver your allocated quota in each financial period.

Sell consultatively, providing credible advice and mentorship on the value of CSS adoption and service solutions. Lead information-gathering session’s specific to CSS Services, to better determine the CSS role in opportunities.

Build and run go-to-market initiatives.

Acting as an ambassador for Oracle CSS to clients;

Acting as a point of escalation and resolution for unresolved client issues

Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the designated accounts

Working closely with the Consulting Delivery teams and CSS Resource management to ensure successful implementations leading to repeat business for Oracle CSS Consulting; contributing to the go to market strategy;

Generating, communicating and delivering the necessary sales documentation i.e. account plans, close plans and qualification plans;

Managing the bid process for consulting sales proposals;

Accurately forecasting against plans and targets; look at our clients’ business holistically to ensure business outcomes are met, business value is delivered and continual innovation is empowered.  

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop value-add consulting propositions with input from all relevant expertise in compliance with Oracle standards;

Present proposals to clients and manage them through the client approval process

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and key contacts in the account(s)

Represent Oracle CSS Consulting in the X-LOB meetings

Produce regular and accurate forecasts

Obtain appropriate management approval for proposals

Ensure the contracts are legally compliant and commercially viable

Manage the execution of sales activities (e.g. demos and presentations)

Hand over responsibility for delivery to CSS Consulting Delivery management and monitor the delivery progress

Collecting and delivery of feedback on consultants’ performance to consulting delivery management

Research and communicate current industry trends, drivers and potential

Maintain a breadth of knowledge of Oracle’s products and services

Create and communicate reference sites

Operate in line with Oracle’s business processes and procedures

Key Skills/Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years previous sales experience in the IT industry as an individual quota carrying sales rep Ability to work effectively in a large matrixed organization A good understanding of professional services Ability to develop an excellent network both internally and externally with our customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong focus on customer success Ability to work in a fast paced environment and embrace change Fluency in English and Romanian; Flexibility to work a minimum of 2 days in the office, work from home or travel across the region if required and when possible
