Main Purpose of this role:
Develop category growing strategy of Wall’s China South region in terms of category drivers & key J2BD, Channel and Geo priority, category value creation trade selling stories.
Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure top line business delivery
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Category & Channel Priority in South
- Lead shopper insight into south region category development agenda (use more, more usage and more user)
- Develop product RTM strategy with RTM team
- Work with NCSP team to develop 6P from category lens fit into south region channel scope
2. Monthly/Quarterly business forecast & landing, including volume, GSV, TTS & TO
Close work with NCSP to localization / customize the national category plan Forecast on COTC, NPD, promotions with dynamic managementDelivery S&OP and P&L via trade spending management (necessary BMI in CDP)Work with NSMM to develop category/brand instore experience3. Category Premiumization & Digitalization
Work with NPM team to crack Wall’s China premiumization agendaLead promotion digitalization agendaFacilitate brand and product digitalization agenda with CDEX team4. Operation Simplification
