The CS Pricing Gatekeeper is a key member of the Pricing Team, supporting the European region by ensuring that all pricing activities, rules, and policies are properly established, authorized, and executed. This role acts as the primary gatekeeper for pricing processes and serves as the first point of contact for the sales team and data administration functions, ensuring compliance and consistency across the business.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for the sales team and data centerExecute activity-based pricing tasks and gatekeeping functionsManage and implement price increase activitiesEscalate and drive process improvements within the clusterAttend and present country-specific information at cluster sales meetings (primarily online)Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring balanced workload and timely completion of tasksTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure all pricing matters are managed using tools such as SAP WPR, eProfiterol, and TableauMaintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments across distances

Qualifications

Fluent professional English skills, both verbal and written (additional languages are a plus but not required)Passion for service delivery and a proactive, motivated approachStrong financial awareness and numeracyAdvanced process understanding and process improvement capabilitiesExceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes methodicallyProven ability to coordinate multiple activities and prioritize workload efficientlyOutstanding administration, organizational, and communication skillsDemonstrated initiative and ability to lead changeStrong social skills for daily cross-departmental interactionWillingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
