Job Description

 

Implement a holistic BU user journey in the country for end users and retail partners based on global Brand strategy, Marketing concepts and specific guidelines in close cooperation with all local UJMs, regional marketing functions and salesContribute to the steering of commercial targets (forecast, turnover, margin, etc.)Deliver excellence in execution and optimization of KPIs in the countryDeliver marketing packages and train internal staff, sales and external retail partners on marketing concepts (incl. new product launches) as well as new marketing toolsPlan and execute local campaigns and activations on the applicable offline and online Touch Points with the regional Touch Point responsibleContribute to the development of promotions in collaboration with the responsible Touch point managerGather and provide user and market insightsProofreading and local adaptations of marketing assetsSupport local retailers with activitiesCoordinate local agencies and external resources (if applicable)Contribute to the MSP processProvide marketing forecasting when neededKey stakeholders: regional Business Units and cross Business Unit Touch point marketing teams, Lead Marketing Manager, local cross Business Units marketing team, Sales

QualificationsMarketing know-how along all Marketing PsRussian language proficiency (written and spoken) is  preferred.Functional expertise in local offline and if required online media activation, local agency managementHigh expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of target groupHigh sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscapeUnderstanding of the online and offline landscapesOperational experience in marketingPassion in executionAnalytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to UX and Agile working methodsBeing a teamplayerLead with data-driven approachBeing result oriented and self - responsibleStrong user centered approach and having digital mindsetData-driven: thinks systematically, translates insights into actionWillingness to learn and growStrong communication skills to ensure the topic is understood in the broader context of Marketing, Sales and user journey management
