Main Job Duties will be;

Contact debtors via phone to recover outstanding debts. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to negotiate payment terms and resolve account issues. Record and update customer account information. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling challenging conversations. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and debt collection. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with payment solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or debt collection role will be an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
