In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, influencing, and orchestrating the adoption of the Creation and Cloud Platform. Ensuring that Business Lines consume and capitalize on existing and new capabilities, while contributing to building these capabilities in alignment with their own strategies, will be essential. Additionally, you will support the engagement and realignment as needed with their units through an established governance.

The Amadeus Creation Platform is a key contributor to the next-generation travel ecosystem, acting as a facilitator of innovation, promoting the expansion of business value, and enhancing process efficiency. The Cloud Platform delivers the foundations of the cloud infrastructure management and engineering tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Advance and refine the implementation of the Collaboration framework and Governance to orchestrate the adoption of the Business Lines in the Creation and Cloud Platform, for both Horizons H2 and H3;Coordination of the discussions to secure the adoption of the Business Lines in the Platforms, ensuring that all new foundational principles are implemented and aiming for Business Line commitment on roadmaps, capabilities, content and funding. Understanding the priorities of each side, engaging with the leaders to identify top opportunities, define the scope of the capabilities and solutions, linking with the validation on how the portfolios are built and secure traceability will be key success factors;Secure the optimal deliverables of the agreed adopted capabilities, on budget and on time. Continuous follow up with Epic Owners. Raise flags, keep all parties informed, anticipate deviations, provide backup actions;Successful engagement with Amadeus Business Lines to advocate and position the Creation Platform as an enabler to their businesses, as well as to support engagements with Customers/Prospects, when applicable and in coordination with Customer Engagement team.

About the ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred;2-3 years experience in a management role with Business Units related Program Management;Proven track record in strategy, product management, leadership, and IT systems and tools;Business Lines strategic portfolio (in detail, at least one of the Business Lines in scope);Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
