CPS AR Customer Account Analyst

Join us to innovate, contributing significantly to our supply chain operations with a focus on **communication and problem-solving** . **What You'll Do for Us:** + **Customer Engagement & Account Management:** Act as a key liaison between bottlers and CPS, ensuring timely and complete supply. Manage sales orders, address complaints, and develop tailored engagement plans based on annual satisfaction surveys and ongoing feedback. + **Demand Management:** Monitor weekly sales progress and analyze forecasts, challenging inconsistencies to improve accuracy. Lead monthly demand review meetings with bottlers and collaborate with Planning to adjust inventory policies. + **Inventory Management:** Proactively drive actions to prevent concentrate wastage and optimize inventory practices. + **New Product Introduction:** Facilitate alignment between CPS and bottlers for successful new product launches, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange. + **E2E Value Creation:** Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across supply models, transportation optimization, and packaging through interdisciplinary collaboration. **What are the Qualifications Needed:** + **Degree** in Engineering in Food, Food Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Communication focused on logistics/supply chain. + Experience in **Customer Services** or similar roles, and proficiency in **SAP, PBI, and macros** . + Strong skills in **communication, collaboration and problem-solving,** with the ability to analyze demand effectively. + Proactive, team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to change, with a **focus on results** . + Make **crucial decisions** on order processing and documentation, using negotiation and judgment skills to manage conflicts and supply shortages. **What We'll Do for You:** + **Professional Growth:** Participate in projects that challenge your skills and foster career advancement, enhancing your negotiation and analytical capabilities. + **Collaborative Environment:** Thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere that supports personal development and celebrates diverse perspectives. + **Impact and Recognition:** Drive productivity improvements and earn recognition for your contributions to the success of our operations.​ At Coca-Cola, we celebrate diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
