As a CP Production Finance Lead Europe you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of regional strategic plans, ensuring clarity on financial impacts and providing support for business case evaluations. You will drive effective and efficient delivery of business goals through balanced short, medium, and long-term financial planning and monitoring, while facilitating trade-off decisions that consider impacts both within and beyond the direct scope. Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and standard costing, as well as providing management with risk-based analyses on potential impacts and mitigation strategies.

Ensure seamless engagement and interaction with commercial, corporate and finance communities and stakeholdersKey member of the P&S Europe FF&P (Formulation, Fill & Pack) leadership team, co-owning & co-creating the strategyProviding constructive challenge to the CP FF&P Head Europe and the rest of the leadership teamLead financial processes across P&L and balance sheet scope for the entire Europe FF&P function connecting with various stakeholders:Drive trade-off decisions taking account of impacts within and outside of FF&PInfluence and challenge to support the drive for productivity gains across finance through process and reporting improvement/alignmentPrepare and evaluate Regional strategic business cases (capital investments & strategic decision support)Latest Outlook and Risks & Opportunities management for the Europe regionLead and coordinate the full Product Costing and Budget preparation process for the region. Sufficient understanding of the costing to simulate the impact of changesExplore & deliver opportunities for standard reporting & analysis tools, using Syngenta advanced technologyUtilizing the entire FF&P finance team to drive business priorities effectivelyActively shape and improve the key business finance processesManage a team of Production business partners, facilitate career development of team membersCompany Description
