As a Country Support Trainee within Nokia’s Employee Services organization, you will support day-to-day HR operations, focusing primarily on Greece. Based in Athens, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to assist employees and people managers with a wide range of HR-related tools, processes, and benefits.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR data maintenance, employment lifecycle activities, and transactional case handling within a multinational shared services center. This position offers an excellent opportunity to understand HR operations in a global tech company while developing your professional and interpersonal skills.

Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate for a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources, or a related field;
