Corporate Human Resources Trainee
DescriptionThe HR intern is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in improving engagement activities, all administrative matters and other assigned areas.
This is a 6 months internship planned to start this summer.
An internship agreement is mandatory to be eligible to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding & Social Media\nEnsure an up to date Social Media Calendar (posting twice a week).\nManage the Kempinski Instagram Career Page.\nConstant communication with properties for content collection.\nManage the Kempinski Career Page.\nAssist for the quarterly Worldwide HR Newsletter.\n
Talent Acquisition\nPreparation of all necessaries documents prior to our School Career Fair\nCollecting data from the Career Fair for reports and follow-up with properties\nPropose new ideas to promote Kempinski brand presence as an employer of choice\n
Engagement\nManage and assist the Corporate Engagement Committee to ensure regular activities in the Corporate Office. (Monthly breakfast, celebrations days, staff parties).\nSupport the Global Engagement Activities Worldwide.\nAssist in corporate events organisation\n
HR Administration\nManage and track the Corporate Loyalty Program (prepare letters, certificate, pins…)\nManage Birthday Celebrations and special occasions (i.e. marriage, delivery etc.) and arrange gifts and cards to be personally handed over.\nHR monthly invoicing on our expense system\nMake suggestions on improving HR processes or Best Practices.\nAddressing any other employee questions or concerns.\n
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business.\n
