Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property is a destination favorite, positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination. _The pay rate for this position is between $22.00 and $23.00 per hour. This reflects the compensation that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas reasonably expects to offer, with individual salaries determined based on factors such as experience and education._ The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all kitchen operations, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing food production, ensuring consistency and quality, managing staffing levels, and providing training within the department. Key skills include culinary expertise, cost control, effective communication, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of guest service.
