Team and Individual Responsibilities
Lead forecast and budget processes with Plant Controller
Analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets (plant & non-plant)
Provide financial analysis and decision support for manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
Drive operational cost improvements (materials, labor, overhead)
Support regional strategy: footprint changes, capacity, automation, capital investments
Partner with supply chain to reduce freight costs and inventory
Assist in monthly plant reviews as Plant Controller's deputy
Conduct productivity and margin analysis, identify improvement areas
Own Supported Sales and Standard Margin Forecast
Collaborate on capacity and resource planning for SCCOP and FTE forecasts
Manage inventory: adjustments, gross inventory, PFO
Create ad hoc reports and analysis as neede
Team Supervision
Help set and track individual objectives
Promote cross-training to build team flexibility
Assess and address team training needs
Develop succession plans and identify growth areas
Address HR-related needs
Conduct individual and team performance reviews
University degree in Economics or Controlling; CPA/ACA/ACMA is a plus
3+ years in Controlling/Finance; leadership experience preferred
2+ years in a manufacturing environment
Experience in multinational matrix organizations is a plus
Skilled in statistical analysis and financial modeling
Accurate, systematic, and independent work style
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge preferred
Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
