Responsibilities

Control Tower Associate - 

\n

- Load Planning

\n

- Create a Booking schedule

\n

- Coordinate with truck providers and to request / follow up trucks

\n

- Coordinate with the warehouse on the stocks availability

\n

- Prepare daily transport report (Pickup timeliness, truck attendance, Truck dwell time monitoring, etc.).

\n

- Attend the needs of the trucker's queries and alignment.   

Requirements

- A College degree or equivalent - 4 years graduate

\n

- Male or Female

\n

- With good communication skills 

\n

- With experience in Logistics and transport operations is advantage

\n

- Computer Letirate (Excel worksheet, MS Wrod and Powerpoint).

\n
