Contracts Analyst, Global Procurement Contracts Team

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

It will be difficult to be successful in this role without the following qualifications:

Extensive contracts knowledge and negotiation skills regarding legal contract terms. Experience negotiating Services agreements; including Meetings and Events, Professional Services and Consulting agreements, Ordering Schedules and Statements of Work. 4-6 years contracting experience. Innate ability to self-initiate, self-direct, self-evaluate and constantly reprioritize work. Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills; must be able to write comprehensive legal summaries and analyses for an executive audience. Organized, detail-oriented and refined time management skills. Excellent research & problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time critical deadlines. Ability to prioritize, and reprioritize, to ensure business critical needs are met across a variety of company stakeholders and often changing requirements. Excellent customer service attitude. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to build relationships with and influence individuals both vertically and horizontally within the organizational hierarchy. Ability to deal with potentially confrontational situations with patience and diplomacy. Business degree or equivalent is required Legal Background is a plus.  English advanced and portugues is a plus
