The CLM Program Specialist will support the ongoing success of our global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program by managing day-to-day operations, monitoring system performance and user adoption, supporting continuous improvement, and serving as the first line of contact for internal users.
This role is essential in ensuring the program delivers sustained value and evolves based on real user feedback, adoption trends, and business needs. You will work closely with the CLM Program Lead and different cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure the program keeps running smoothly and growing smartly.

Serve as point of contact for user queries and coordinate escalations with IT/vendor support as neededMaintain workflows, templates, and user configurations in partnership with technical support teamsTrack SLA performance and escalate operational risks or bottlenecks flaggedMonitor KPIs and usage metrics (cycle time, bottlenecks, adoption rates, etc.)Analyze trends, ticket volumes, and tool usage to identify areas for improvementPrepare regular reports and insights for leadership and stakeholdersCollect, document, and prioritize feedback from live users to boost engagementHelp organize training refreshers, drop-in sessions, and onboarding materials for new usersSupport communication of system updates, enhancements, and new featuresAssist in testing and validation of new features, integrations, or configuration changes before releaseSupport alignment between CLM Program and different internal functionsHigh level monitor implementations for different functions in CLM platformCompany Description
