Our department
You will join the Continuous Improvement department with a team focused on fostering innovation and enhancing operational efficiency across all processes. By leveraging data-driven insights and best practices, the department plays a crucial role in achieving Novo Nordisk's goals of delivering high-quality products and services to its stakeholders.
Role
We are looking for a motivated profile with strong technical skills to support our team on a 6-month student-job assignment. Your tasks will be the following:
Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI. Automate and enhance workflows using PowerApps and the Microsoft Power Platform. Work extensively with Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements, and assist in automating and improving business processes Design and create flowcharts using Microsoft Visio to streamline processes. Support the team with data management and integration tasks, and with troubleshooting technical issues and propose efficient solutions.
Required Qualifications:
You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerApps. You are able to create flowcharts to optimize and improve processes. If you know any additional programming skills (e.g., DAX, SQL, VBA, Python) it will be appreciated. You are flluent in English, with French as a plus. You are able to commute to Neder-Over-Heembeek. You have an analytical mindset with attention to detail. You have strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

To advance the integration, the Brownfield Site Integration team for Brussels (BSI Brussels) has been established with the responsibility for local integration and capacity maximization in collaboration with the local team.
