Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Overview TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports. What your background should look like:


Key Responsibilities

Implement Lean principles in product development to boost speed, quality, and customer value. Lead CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 3P, DfR, and RV methods. Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving sessions. Use data and analytics to guide improvements and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Train and mentor teams in CI tools and foster a continuous improvement culture. Standardize successful processes and ensure improvements are sustainable long-term.

 

Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related); Master’s or CI certifications a plus. Experience: 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, engineering, or process improvement. Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering processes, Lean/Six Sigma methods, data-driven decision-making, and project leadership. Communication: Able to clearly present technical ideas and influence change across teams.
