JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Eliminate waste and reduce factory losses by applying lean and continuous improvement methodologiesCollect and analyze complex data to penetrate problems’ phenomena and understand root causes.Stratification of line downtime and waste data to support prioritization of factory projectsLearn and develop troubleshooting capabilities on process and packing equipment and use that knowledge and engineering skills to implement improvementsCreate and establish Technical Standards to ensure process stability through standardized workCollaborate with operators and maintenance teams during continuous improvement activitiesProvide tactical coaching on continuous improvement methodologiesManage small improvement projects from ideation through implementationAny other responsibilities as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering0-2 years in Packaging Project Management or Continuous ImprovementExperience in FMCG/CPG (preferred)Demonstration of Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing methodology (nice to have)Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have)
