Continuous Improvement Analyst
Continuous Improvement Analyst At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. **Job Overview** This role is focused on driving process improvement, streamlining, and simplifying Supply Chain planning processes, with a primary responsibility of leading projects that enhance productivity and efficiency. The individual should be capable of leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results and successfully execute initiatives. Additionally, the role will support the planning and logistics team as needed, assisting with issue resolution, root cause analysis, report automation, development of planning tools, and onboarding, upskilling, and training of planners. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Identify and lead initiatives that contribute to performance metrics, productivity, and efficiency, in alignment with the goals and objectives of the supported teams. + Collaborate closely with the team in the Philippines to challenge existing process gaps and uncover opportunities for further improvement. + Drive the standardization, streamlining, and compliance of key hub processes. + Oversee the onboarding of new hires, including the issuance of onboarding checklists and training on essential processes, tools, and systems. + Lead and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of hub team members. + Develop, improve, and maintain standardized process flows and documentation in collaboration with teams across the hub. + Serve as an active member of the global continuous improvement community by sharing best practices, developing process improvement concepts, and leading related projects and activities. + Act as an internal process consultant for the Assistant Supply Chain team, helping to resolve process-related challenges and enhance performance metrics. **What your background should look like:** + Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent + Professional Experience (years in what processes and functions) + SAP (or other ERP software) – > 4 years + Understanding of MRP, experience in Supply Chain Planning– > 4 years + Experience in either FG or RM planning, or Procurement **Special Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills** + Extensive spreadsheet/Excel analysis and strong mathematical abilities. + Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate to cross-functional teams. + Proven track record of leading process improvement projects **Expected and desired Behaviour** + Able and willing to work the necessary hours to meet all project deadlines and travel when necessary. + Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Location: Muntinlupa, 00, PH, 1780 City: Muntinlupa State: 00 Country/Region: PH Travel: Less than 10% Requisition ID: 134166 Alternative Locations: Function: Continuous Improvement TE Connectivity and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating units (collectively, the "Company") is committed to providing a work environment that prohibits discrimination on the basis of age, color, disability, ethnicity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability or any other characteristics protected by applicable law or regulation.
