Responsibilities\nAct as the first point of contact for the customers\nMake effort to understand both internal and external customer, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction\nProvide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary\nProvide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected\nAlert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems\nRequirements\nPC literate, proficient in MS Office\nStrong customer service and good telecommunication skills\nAble to perform multiple tasks and work independently\nAble to handle English and Korean speaking customer (in order to provide pro-active feedback to English and Korean speaking customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected)\nAble to work shifts and/or on weekends/public holidays\nShuttle bus services from designated pick up point.\nEligible for Transport Allowance entitlement\n
