Are you a strategic, commercially minded professional ready to unlock the power of consumer-loved brands in the B2B world? We’re looking for a Consumer Brands Business Leader to take the lead in Sweden — shaping the success of Unilever’s household care, fabric wash, and personal care portfolio within the professional market.
This is a high-impact, standalone role. You’ll translate a globally recognised consumer brand into effective solutions for professional customers, driving profitable sales and leading category, digital, and trade marketing. This role collaborates closely with both Unilever and our European Consumer Brands team.
Your Impact in the Role
In this role, you will:
Lead the delivery of Sweden’s annual sales targets for the Unilever Professional rangeTranslate central strategy into local action — identifying key sectors, routes to market, and growth opportunitiesOversee category development, product adaptation, and local go-to-market planningShape pricing, promotion, and activation strategies based on customer insightsLead the local digital agenda — strengthen platforms, drive social engagement, and test e-commerce toolsAct as a brand champion within the Diversey team — enabling, coaching, and aligning with sales colleaguesWork closely with a dedicated marketing professional to tailor campaigns, activations, and communication strategies to the local marketPartner with supply chain and demand planning to ensure product availabilityRepresent Sweden in the European Consumer Brands team and contribute to shared goals and innovationAbout You
We’re looking for someone with curiosity, commercial instinct, and the ability to work across functions to bring ideas to life. This role suits someone confident working independently, yet collaborative by nature.
You ideally have:
8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, retail marketing, trade marketing, or category management (FMCG/retail experience highly valued)Strong analytical and category development skillsProven ability to turn insights into market-relevant strategyDigital fluency – SEO, social media, digital platforms and e-commerceSolid Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication skills – able to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholdersComfort with informal team leadership and cross-functional collaborationFluency in Swedish and EnglishWhy Join Us?
