As a Senior Upgrade Engagement Owner, you will be accountable for delivering multiple complex projects across upgrade platforms and managing client relationships and strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to drive internal project team strategies for complex client upgrades and identify and execute code and domain strategies for upgrade projects. Additionally, the Senior Upgrade Engagement Owner will act as an escalation point for client and project risks, independently manage escalations, and identify and implement process improvement changes while supporting organizational initiatives.
