Consulting Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Product Engineering
Location: Pune (Hybrid - 2 days WFO)

We’re looking for a Consulting Project Manager who can drive complex digital transformation and product engineering projects from initiation through delivery — with a clear focus on value realization, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.

  Your Role:

Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-stream projects across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, IIoT, and Mobility.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders — from Product Owners to CXOs.

Translate business goals into well-defined roadmaps and ensure alignment across cross-functional delivery teams.

Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Own project governance, reporting, and ensure consistent delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

Coach and lead teams of 5–10 members, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment with project goals.

  What You Bring:

10+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 2 years in a project ownership or client-facing consulting role.

Solid understanding of digital transformation projects and associated technologies (Data Engineering, Cloud, IIoT, etc.).

Experience with Greenfield development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial tech domain.

Strong grip on stakeholder communication, value delivery, and project financials.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage dependencies, and deliver within defined scope and timelines.
