The VCA team within Japan provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients in Japan, that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy. In VCA, Managed Services team plays a key role to enhance partnership with one of the largest clients for Visa’s Japan business and focuses on developing, implementing, and improving clients’ business by collaborating with them closely.
What a Consulting Manager, Managed Services Customized Benefits does at Visa:
Establish premium card benefit strategy and tactics, and offering ideas to bring more card holdersData analysis collaborating with the data scientistsInsight development leveraging consulting skill set and affluent market knowledgeIdeation working with the members of the client and internal stakeholders and subject matter expertsExecute the partnerships strategy to bring a pipeline of new cardholder benefits. Work with internal colleagues to ensure synergies and efficiencies.Manage the overall set up and delivery of premium benefits to new clients.Build and leverage relationships with new and existing vendors to secure new benefits, optimize pricing and create regional efficiencies.Develop a strategic approach to cross border merchant offers collaborating with the internal stakeholders abroad.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align a Visa vendor strategy, increase efficiency and promote strong collaboration amongst teams.Create and manage timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and updating stakeholders along the way.Identify and solve both client and internal challenges to help us execute efficiently and effectively.Document processes, key learnings and best practices.Leverage Visa marketing assets and capabilities to develop co-marketing programs to deliver measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes.Manage budget and forecasts in collaboration with the client and third-party suppliers.
