Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate and coordinate with platform BD teams to plan and achieve the annual targets and goals for the platforms.

2. Oversee the implementation, coordination, and overall control of the marketing activities for the O2O platforms.

3. Follow up on the execution of marketing campaigns, handle data processing, and manage financial reconciliations.

4. Facilitate coordination and communication with relevant internal functional departments (i.e. MKT/Commercial/Bottlers) to advance the planning and execution of activities.

5. Establish internal management systems, standard norms, and business processes for online platform operations, and ensure their execution and supervision.

6. Implement promotion strategies and related activities for online platforms, utilizing various effective methods to enhance promotion results and ultimately achieve goals.

7. Collect and organize competitor information, compile data for all operational projects on the platform, and propose relevant adjustment suggestions through data analysis to complete other department tasks.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the rules and operational modes of platforms like Meituan, Eleme, JDDJ, experience in Key Account (KA) management is preferred.

2. Proficiency in user operations under the O2O model, adept at user growth, activation, and user data analysis, with a keen sensitivity to changes in user behavior.

3. Expertise in O2O business marketing and design, experience in planning marketing activities, and the ability to plan annual activity plans for platforms.

4. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities through data insights.

5. Clear logical thinking, meticulous and thorough in work execution, attention to detail, and focus on user experience.

6. Strong execution capacity, good communication skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities.

7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
