The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Consolidated Service Desk Lead, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT Service Desk, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of technical support to end-users. This role entails managing a team of service desk analysts, optimizing service desk processes and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Lead will act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and collaborate with various IT teams to improve service delivery and incident resolution.

The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) Lead, Senior:

Leads Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) as the primary point of contact support for 24x7 operations

Develops and cultivates a culture in which the CSD team delivers flawless customer service in ensuring that all USSTRATCOM SCITLS inquiries are promptly addressed

Trains other team members on how to relate with clients in the course of the job to ensure that they are treated in a professional and cordial manner

Communicates with leadership to make provisions for system enhancements, because this has an effect on the smooth flow of working operations

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

Plans and leads major technology assignments

Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

May supervise others

Qualifications:

Required:

Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

BA/BS + 3 YRS

Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 411 - Intermediate; GFACT or CND or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training

AND

Additional Cert: ITIL 4 Foundations and/or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or equivalent

Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with technical and non-technical audiences

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$44,700 - $91,700
