読み・書き・会話のすべてにおいてプロフェッショナルで丁寧な言語能力
問題解決力、対人能力、高いコミュニケーション能力、ゲストリレーション技術必須
旅行業界/ホテル業界の必要な知識

Concierge experience required
Business level English or above required
Ability to operate a PC (Excel and Word)
Professional and polite language skills in all aspects of reading, writing and speaking
Problem solving, interpersonal skills, high communication skills, guest relations skills required
Required knowledge of the travel/hotel industry
