Role Purpose

\n

The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent at DHL Express. This role is crucial to ensure that our policies and practices are competitive in the market, aligned with organizational culture, and compliant with local and international labor regulations.

Main Accountabilities

\n\nDevelop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that support business objectives and the culture of DHL Express.\nConduct market analysis and compensation studies to ensure offerings are competitive and equitable.\nManage the design and implementation of benefits programs that promote employee well-being.\nCollaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure proper communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs.\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs, making adjustments as necessary.\nEnsure compliance with labor regulations and compensation laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.\nProvide analysis and reports on compensation and benefits trends for senior management.\nAct as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to compensation and benefits.\nImplementation of compensation and organizational structures: Ensure the coherent implementation of compensation frameworks and organizational structures across CSA countries, aligned with the company’s job architecture, promoting equity and structural consistency.\nStrategic management of mobility and benefits: Coordinate compensation schemes for international transfers and key benefits, ensuring a consistent employee experience and adherence to global policies.\nOversight of key C&B processes: Implement regional policies, coordinate participation in salary surveys, and drive improvements in processes, tools, and communication with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.\n\n

Requirements

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational environment.\nIn-depth knowledge of market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.\nCertifications in human resources (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.\n
