DescriptionPrepare the mise en place and handle food preparation and assist with food presentation as part of the kitchen brigade.

Key Responsibilities\nPrepare kitchen equipment for use.\nAssemble and prepare ingredients for menu items.\nPrepare simple food items.\nPrepare food for service.\nAssist with checking, receiving and storing of goods.\nMaintain storage areas.\nClean kitchen and equipment.\nHandle waste and linen. \nMaintain a hygienic kitchen and high standards of personal hygiene.\nAttend all briefings.\nParticipate in training. \nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.\n
