In this role, you will assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals. You will be responsible in preparing the mis en place and presenting dishes to high level of standards.

With at least 1 year of experience as Commis Chef in a fine dining restaurant, preferably in international luxury brands Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards Passion for working with people
