As a Commis Chef at Eunoia Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting Mediterranean-inspired dishes that reflect the high standards of quality and authenticity we pride ourselves on. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering delicious meals to our guests and maintaining the rich Mediterranean culinary traditions we celebrate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, ensuring adherence to Eunoia’s high culinary standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures, in line with local regulations and best practices.Ensure food is prepared and presented according to Eunoia’s recipes and guidelines, showcasing the vibrant and fresh flavors of Mediterranean cuisine.Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.Help manage kitchen inventory and ensure that supplies are stocked and readily available.Support senior chefs with daily tasks, maintaining a disciplined and professional approach to work.Demonstrate a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a strong desire to grow and develop your culinary skills.

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar entry-level culinary position is preferred.A passion for cooking and food.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar entry-level culinary position is preferred.A passion for cooking and food.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and techniques.Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
