Commercial Strategy Principal SpecialistSummary:
As Commercial Strategy Principal Specialist is responsible to ensure the project management activities, including communication and change management, to guide special projects within performance management organization to support the achievement of commercial targets by enhancing agility and streamlining decision making processes.
In this role you'll:

Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs effectively. Is recognized as a guide in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists.Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area. Can assess challenging problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans. Able to communicate detailed information.Works with significant autonomy, based on management directions. Guides projects or contributes to broad cross-functional projects. May contribute to planning of resources and budget.Specific accountabilities:

Track the evolution of the project targets and KPIs.Implement actionable strategies to reach the project ambition and targets.Review the internal processes to enhance agility and streamline the decision making processes.Support transversal strategic initiatives.Design and implement project governance.About the ideal candidate
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in Organizational or Transformational or Change management projectsExperience in managing end-to-end Project from commercial industry preferExperience with any facilitating tools would be idealRequires a motivated, service-oriented professional with the ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels and experience.Experience with SalesForce or any analytical tools like Power BI, Qlik etc.Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency in another European language is beneficial.What we can offer you:
