Job Description

The Inside Sales department is responsible for all sales analytics, controlling and administrative activities for residential, commercial and retail business segments of Home Comfort. This role will be responsible for all major reporting, coordination and administration activities for the commercial business. You will support and act as proxy to the inside sales manager in critical sales analytics and controlling responsibilities and requires solid analytic background and strong planning skills. 

 Job Duties & Responsibilities:

CRM Data Management and Maintenance. Keep master customer information accurate and up to date.Act as liaison for rep network to support onboarding, guidance regarding internal processes, procedures and tools (how to file promotional documentation, warranty claims, etc.)Contract Management: Responsible for setup and cancelation of customer accounts including  up to date contract maintenance, file documentation, and ensuring systems are updated accordingly.Support management in coordination of departmental meetings.Responsible for generating monthly KPI results.Support data gathering, forecasting, consolidation from regional pipelines to analyze and integrate into a consolidated view in a format presentable to leadership.Reviewing and generating custom reports for sales, commissions, and project quotes.Manage content in customer communications and newsletters.Coordinator between sales and marketing with internal events, regional external promotional activitiesAct as a proxy to pricing administration and residential sales analyst and support in analysis and forecasting when required.Conduct Market Share analysis. Create dashboards in Power BI for sales performance and market trend analysis, supporting strategy development.Value Stream analysis of internal processes. Conduct root cause analysis of key stakeholders’ complaints.Prepare executive level presentations.Provide equipment pricing and quotations as backup of applications team when needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant degree2+ years of work or internship experience in a sales support, project manager, administrative, coordinator or analyst role2+ years of experience required in computer programs, such as Microsoft OfficeSolid Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of work or internship experience in a sales support, customer service, administrative, coordinator or analyst rolePost graduate specialization or certification in business analytics and CRM software.Experience with report and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BIETL software experience such as Alteryx. Certification required (has 1 year to complete it upon acceptance of the role)ERP systems knowledge. SAP preferred.Microsoft Excel and VBA experienceCRM systems and project pipeline or opportunity management tools.Experience developing presentations and reportsProven ability to resolve conflict with professionalism, courtesy, and honesty.Must be able to ascertain how to react and successfully handle difficult situations.Must be able to prioritize activities and be detailed oriented.Must be able to work under limited supervision, taking initiative when necessary
