Commercial Operations Manager

Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives(主な役割/目標/目的)

The primary function of Commercial Operations Manager is to enhance, optimize and maintain commercial operation processes, continuously improving productivity to drive  business growth and gross margin improvement.

Core Job Responsibilities / Accountability / Scope(主な職務/責任/範囲)

Drive the following activities under the guidance of Commercial Director:

Streamline administrative tasks for Sales team (e.g. reporting, OEC related application handling and tracking) to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance the productivity.​Rebuild the Veeva CRM to leverage customer data/activity logs and enable salesforce automation.​Define the FSL selling process and visualize progress to enhance sales execution. ​Manage VPC tracking to monitor and accelerate new patients acquisition.​Establish pricing and portfolio tactics and plan to improve gross margin.​Translate the Consumption Model into business questions to facilitate commercial decision-making.Identify financial impact of commercial initiatives, acting as a liaison between sales, marketing and finance.

4-6 years of experience of corporate strategy, commercial operations or management consultingSolid understanding of medical device business in JapanProven track record of strategy development and execution.Proven track record of project management
