If you are passionate about innovation, leadership, and achieving excellence, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and support a team of Account Managers. + Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. + Develop and execute business and sales plans. + Assist with contract negotiations and pricing strategies. + Act as the main contact and trusted advisor for customers. + Ensure adherence to customer contractual obligations. + Manage first-line support and escalate issues as needed. + Foster a positive work environment and support team development. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field. + Experience in the Diagnostics industry, ideally within the Molecular field. + Proven ability to retain and grow business. + Strong understanding of customer dynamics and key stakeholders. + Excellent solution selling and relationship-building skills. + Fluent in a Nordic language and English. **We are looking** for a candidate with a strong sales background who is engaged and proactive.
