British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Specialist in Belgrade.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality financial information to the business to support decision making that enables achievement of company strategy and business objectives for markets in scope: Pricing and excise strategy delivery, Effective Resource Allocation, NTO and APFO growth of Combustible and New Categories, Simplify, automate and speed-up processesEnsuring effective support and communication with Adria and SEE key stakeholdersProviding financial advice, guidance and expertise to assist in the provision of a value added, commercially focused finance business partnering serviceSupporting the development of strong financial and commercial awareness within business units and challenge business managers to improve performancePreparing relevant Commercial Finance reports/materials and other requested data for business needsAdhering to local legal framework, internal standards, rules and procedures of BAT GroupProviding support in various ongoing projectsBeing responsible for other assigned duties by Line Manager

What are we looking for?

University degree in Economics or similar field related to FinancesMinimum 2 years of working experience: experience in analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics and commercial acumenProven analytical and attention to details skillsAbility to demonstrate a strong commercial approach, requiring constant questioning and challenging conventional practicesGood understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, such as SAP, BPC is a plusExcellent knowledge of MS Office suiteExcellent knowledge of English languageThe personal drive and enthusiasm that makes you stand out from the crowd
