We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Finance Executive to partner closely with our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll bring a financial lens to marketing strategy, ensuring effective budget management and optimized return on investment across all marketing activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as a proactive business partner to the marketing team, integrating financial insights into strategic and day-to-day decision-makingChampion the use of financial KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promote a results-driven cultureOversee the development and management of marketing budgets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support ongoing performance trackingProvide financial analysis and performance metrics to support Brand and Trade Marketing plans, driving informed decision-making and enhancing spend efficiencyOversee financial month-end closing activities for your area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and completenessDrive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities, implementing new ideas, and fostering a culture of innovationLead, mentor and support a junior team member, contributing to a high-performance, growth-focused team environmentWhat are we looking for?

Must have qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency in business-level English, both written and spokenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailProficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively, with clear prioritization and focus - no chaos, just calm control :)Loves jumping in with fresh ideas and playing a hands-on role in bringing new projects to life from the startProactive, persuasive, and creative, with a willingness to challenge existing ideasStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environmentAn open mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and personal growthGood to have skills (valuable assets)
