The position
As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will act as a Business Partner to relevant functions, providing data insights and analytical tools for customer & patient engagement activities and develop effective exchange of information and insights between the market and Marketing & Sales functions.
Your responsibilities will be to:

•    Own Customer Relationship Management for the country, ensuring continuous improvement.

•    Conduct customer (Health Care Professionals) journey performance diagnostics and propose corrective actions.

•    Drive Commercial & Medical Effectiveness initiatives.

•    Design and evaluate market research findings to generate actionable insights.

•    Maintain a market and competitive intelligence database and Support sales planning and training.

•    Regularly conduct and present performance diagnostics to the senior leadership team.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

•    Minimum of 3 years Experience in commercial excellence, business intelligence, or a related field.

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economy, Business Administration, or a related field.

•    Proven ability to evaluate market research and recommend actions.

•    Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insights from complex data.

•    Proven track record in CRM management and customer engagement strategies.

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•    Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

•    Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

•    Familiarity with sales planning and training processes.
